type='text'>結論</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;(一)    我第一代自製洗窗機(RCX)光源感測器照射玻璃窗，暗房中玻璃窗後加白紙，紅光反射回來的光源值越大，代表窗戶越乾淨；光源值越小，則表示窗戶越髒。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;(二)      第一代洗窗機洗窗時加水明顯比不加水洗窗效果提升。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;(三)      第二代自製洗窗機(NXT)光源感測器測光源值穩定性較高 且靈敏度提升。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;(四)    我找出：自製洗窗機以黃白海綿加綠布加刮刀； 馬達流量在開關閥關四圈時，洗窗有最佳效果。所有茶葉水洗窗效果均比市售清潔劑效果佳。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(五)    我研發的自製洗窗機加入活性炭後，可讓水循環14次以上洗窗仍可亮晶晶，但若加綜合茶葉泡水會抵銷活性炭淨水能力，影像活性碳之洗窗效果。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;(六) style="color:#330033;"&gt;(2) 光源值穩定性：洗窗前RCX並非每一秒中所收的光源值平均都落在同一個數值，較不穩定,而NXT洗窗前測光源時光源值10秒都落在 23十分穩定 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(3) type='text'>提升光源感測器靈敏度〈1〉</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;1.RCX光源感測器每一次讀取數據很慢，傳輸速度也較慢，因此我改用較新一代的NXT機器人指令瀏覽器。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;2.同一個實驗把第一代與第二代傳輸速度作比對，想試著改善原本傳輸速度的問題，結果發現果然新一代的傳輸速度大幅提升，解決速度較慢的問題由約1分鐘提升到1-2秒。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;3.在室內燈全關的環境下，洗窗前光源值是8、9度之間，擦拭後光源值只提升到9、10度，發現室內的亮度過暗，因此嘗試在光源感測器旁加雷射筆讓光源值提升近2倍，接近18。如圖3.17。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;4.測試過程中發現電池強弱及接觸不良會使光源值不穩定，且洗窗前後光源值變化不夠明顯。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6666cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.發現雷射筆受電池強弱的影響，光會不穩定，尋求書籍及師長協助，終於找到一個適合NXT的光源程式(使用電腦軟體ROBOLAB的探索者INVESTIGATOR 程式)。&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span 400公升見左圖)放入水桶中，加水後水無法流過讓馬達空轉。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;2. 改試中型沉水馬達 (每小時出水量1100公升)。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;3. 利用中型沉水馬達後，改試大、中、小型水管，仍然無法衝至窗戶高度的一半。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;4. 最後換成每小時出水量2200公升大馬達，終於可以使水沖到整個窗戶，解決了馬力的問題。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333300;"&gt;5.因為每小時出水量2200公升的馬達水量過大，使水溢出集水器，所以嘗試用800 瓦、100瓦的調光器來調節水量 。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#003300;"&gt;6.實驗結果發現只有100瓦的調光器能微調水量，但效果仍然不理想。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000066;"&gt;7.最後嘗試用自製開關閥來調節水量，先將鐵環套在水管上，在鐵環上鑽洞，加入碟型螺絲當作開關，結果終於可以成功控制水量了。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span 再從Fischer工程積木改成鋁條，因鋁條接合處比Fischer工程積木的卡榫密合，所以不容易滑落，因此支架選用鋁條支撐。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;3.支架結構:從第一代的十字結構改造成第二代的H型，十字結構只有一個支撐點，會搖晃。改成H型後，有兩個支撐點，較穩固。H型的支架，在運作時加了吸盤，較不平衡，因此又改口型，使機器可以更穩固。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;4. 為增加穩固性，我將市售GPS吸盤改裝為適合我洗窗機的吸盤。&lt;br /&gt;為實用以及美觀，我將洗窗機所有線頭以收納管線整理好，以方便一般使用者操作。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>壹、  研究目的</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;洗窗機能洗乾淨窗戶嗎？一開始我也不知道答案，只是看到大樓都是靠人工在洗玻璃，希望能發明一台自動的、不必人工去洗的洗窗機，能洗得乾淨嗎？因參加機器人大賽，而想到可以用RCX (註一)來測光源，所以拿RCX光源感測器，利用光源感測器來測出洗窗是否擦乾淨，所測得的值我定義作光源值。在第一階段我利用RCX(註一)來測量光源值，發現光源值靈敏度不夠，第二階段我改用NXT(註二)測量光源值，經過不斷的實驗與改進，我總算是做了一台小型自動洗窗機。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div
